Pyrometer install
I am seeing about 800 deg during normal highway driving and when I get on it about 1000 deg. My truck is stock. How do these temps sound ?

My old 03/6.0 S/C S/B 4x4 was running around the same temps.. Of course they were 'strayed' a bit with load, outside temp, elevation/grade, and of course throttle angle if commanded
and/or a combination of all of the above.. .....................HP......................
