Fuel Pump, which one?

I got sick of searching so I am just gonna ask the question so flame away...

I have a 95 F-150 w/167K on it. It is a 5.0 SC 4x4 with dual tanks. My front pump makes a horrible noise but still works (although I think the tank has a pin-hole in it) and the rear pump is quiet but on occasion the truck will barely run. If I switch tanks while its doing this the problem goes away... I was gonna pull the bed replace both pumps (and possible the front tank) and paint the frame BUT...

'Nuff background info... I went to check on prices and I don't know what pump it takes... 17, 18, or 19 gallon? Anybody have an ideas on how to tell? TIA! Also some suggestions on where to get them cheaply would be nice...

Check Jeffs Bronco Graveyard (try Google). For my 91 it was $100 for steel and $120 for plastic tanks.

There is a guy here named Frederic who may be able to help you out.I think he has done just about everything to his truck. As far as tank size, I was able to go to Autozone and they asked a lot of questions and then it was pretty simple. I paid 129.00 For one here in Dallas ,Texas. I too have a horibble noise (a loud humm!) in the front tank but the rear was shot.I hope this helps

The middle tank will vary based on length of bed - short bed 16.5, long bed is 19; the rear is 18.2 - per 95 manual.
