Transmission control switch
Hey guys...new to the forum so why not get started!
I have a 2002 150 Lariat FX4 with the super-crew cab. I towed my boat home from the lake today and stored it in the rental place. After leaving there, my transmission control switch (or overdrive off) light started blinking. I would assume I tripped some kind of temp sensor or something? It did shift hard just before I got to the house so it does have me worried... The owners manual says to take it in for service...do you think I should, or is it just one of those irritating sensors that tells me I may have a problem?
