Lock on Hood
Hi guys,
I have a 1979 Ford F100 that I am trying to restore. I got all kinds of goodies under the hood. My problem is that the transmission leaks a little bit and I am not in a position to get it fixed till after fall. So, I park my truck outside of my concrete driveway so that the driveway does not get stained.
However, now I am begining to worry that somebody will pop the hood and mess/steal with the goodies underneath. My garage is already full with other vehicles to make room for this one.
I am wondering if there is a way to install a lock in the hood that can be opened from the cab or using a key. I am not sure if anyone of you done this before or not. Any help will be appreciated.
