Cool Im planning on doing the install myself but....can any of you help me locate the thread where members were walking another through the install? I searched but could not find it.

Gears are In!!! Thank you Captchas and others for the tips and tricks, took about 13hrs total to do both front and rear. Kind of wish I went with 4.88's but the 4.56's are ok. Assembly was straight forward, I would recommend Randy's for install kits, they were about as complete as I could possibly need and thank god they came with 2 crush sleeves. Transmission definatly shifts alot nicer and the power is availible from takeoff. 5.4's need all the help they can get. I think to offset the power problem Im going to drop either a Vortech S trim or a Lightning style blower on it and call it a day. Now I need to bag the 16.5 Welds and get some 17"s and GOOD 37" tires.

Look at the Holley Thunder kit. It's a roots supercharger with an air-to-water intercooler. Other than the lighting unit I think it's the best thing out there and is easier to install than adapting a factory system. I wish they would make a kit for my V10.
