Grab a can of WD-40 and put your head under the dash. Move the clutch pedal with your hand and spray wherever you see something move.
Go under the hood and do the same. this should do the trick.
Still not fixed? Go under the truck and spray the linkage.
Your problem should be fixed. If not, turn up the CD player and don't worry about the noise from the clutch.
Hows the pedal feel?
Can you feel the "squeak" in the pedal travel?
Get under the truck.
Have a helper operate the clutch (engine not started) and see if the noise comes from around the transmission bellhousing.
If so, you have a bad slave cylinder or throughout bearing.
