Its Not Tall Enough
I have a skyjacker 9 inch lift on my 1978 f-150. It has a 460 in it so the fron end isnt light but my truck keeps leaning to the driver side and to the front. Are there any stiffer coil springs out there for sale or maybe a bigger than 9 inch lift coil. I dont really want to resort to the aluminum twist in coil spacers like i have in the past so any help will be welcomed.

Not that this helps your situation but I've found that ALL these trucks lean slightly to the driver's side. On mine it seems to be partially due to the fuel tank on the driver's side as it leans more when it's full. As for the front sitting lower, if you have rear blocks it would be an easy fix to trim an inch or two off of them to level things out.
9" is the largest coil I've seen available other than custom made spring sets. Keep the Skyjackers, you'll really like the way they ride.
