Just wondering because my 76 disk have huge lines and a 74 has smaller ones so would i need a porportioning valve or could i just use the 74 line splitter thing and change the tips? thanks
I would be careful modifying any brake system. It could be dangerous, and (at least in the US) is against federal laws.
You cant take a truck that had front disc brakes and put front drum brakes on it. It's against US fed law.
You can however, improve the system, by taking a truck with front drums, and putting front discs on said truck, as long as the work meets federal safety standards when the truck was first built.
