2000 Expy Door Handle
I have to replace my driver side door handle and lock cylinder, I went to Ford Parts Cheap.com and they list the right door handle 143.00, and the left door handle about 50.00 dollars. i would say the left is the one i need being the driver door. i wish they would list it as passanger and driver. next question can the door lock be keyed to match the orginal key.

The lock cylinder comes in a bunch of little parts, you need take it to a locksmith to get it assembled and they can key it to your original key. So what happened to your door handle/lock? Did it get broken into? If they knocked in the lock to open your truck, the lock is still inside the door, and probably still useable. Had this happen on my F150, and the replacement door handle was $35 at the dealer. I know it's a different handle, but $140 sounds kinda high.

Someone broke into it, bent the door, broke the handle, and lock. Stole a pistol out of the console, i was in North Carolina at the metolina expo center in Charlotte this past sunday. Door handle was 57.00 from dealer, lock was about 44.00.
