my 2003 f-250 4x4, 6.0l has a noise ( pop , clunk ) when backing out of driveway , stop put into drive and just start to accelerate. this noise appears to come from the left front area. this also can be felt in the left floor. dealer is no help, vehicle has low miles and has had this problem since new, and has gotten worse. also a/c cond concern will not cool any lower then 50 deg. again dealer is no help. anyone experience this ?
I see you're new here, so I'll just fill you in on a little advice. In the future, please find the correct forum to submit your topic to. For example, this topic could probably go under the "6.0L PowerStroke Diesel" forum. Perhaps a Mod. will show up to move it for you.

Your clunk could very well be your front sway bar. Try using some spray lube on all the mounts including the link mounts. Or it could be the track bar. Try retorquing the two mount bolts. As for the AC, are you talking 50 degree temp inside the cab or coming out of the vent? If out of the vent, it should be a little cooler. May need freon.
The Air Condition Blend door by the passenger foot area can SLAM shut especially after sitting and it makes a one time very loud noise as it closes. Typical and normal usually no fix just get used to it.
Second and more prevalent on 99-2003 two piece drive shafts is the slip yolk binding and releasing usually is also a one time clunk fairly loud and can be either in forward or reverse. The fix is to disassemble and properly lube the splined shaft with a good silicone based grease.
And as stated above there are some front end components that bind, clunk and pop but tracking them down is much harder with the most PITA of them all being a front hub bearing crapping out... fairly expensive fix.
