help !!!

i have a question as to which flex plate i need for this tranny , i think its a fmx but i am not sure the #s are D4AP 7006-AA. the trans was rebuilt and worked great but for some strange reason the guy i got it from has misplaced the flex plate when he moved. it does have a b/m shift kit in it (street version ) it is going on a 302 #s D90E OR OR THE OTHER ENGINE I HAVE EOAE . any thoughts . thanks

gee guys i really did not think that this would be that hard with all the mechanics on this site. all i need to know is the right flex plate for this type of trans, will a164 tooth with a 28.2oz balance weight be ok or the zero weight balance 157 tooth be better , or the 164 tooth 50oz balance.

The D90E engine should use the 28.8 oz balance. The E0AE engine was used from 80-84 so depending on when it was made it could be 28.8 oz or 50 oz.

thanks, on the E0AE motor . is there a way to determine the production date? so that if i decide to use that one( it is supposed to be freshed up ?) i can get the right one . thank again .
