1996 4x4 hub problem, yet!!!

I know this is really old, but I ran into something that I am wondering is the same problem. If you go look up the "inner spindle seal" at NAPA for 1993-1996 F-150 4x4, it shows something that looks nothing like what I took out of my '95. '92 and older is the right part at least for my truck. The newer part is too thick, and if you can even get the axle out far enough to get the hub snap ring over it in the groove, it will push tightly on the spindle and put a lot of load on the hub. The right part seals well with not too much pressure and the axle rides the right way. Go look them up on napaonline.com, for a '95 F-150 4x4 versus a '91 F-150 4x4 for example. The older one was right for my '95. However, the newer "outer spindle seal" was right for my truck. Maybe old style axles and new style spindles? Who knows.
