Spindles

I have a spindle I am being told goes to a Ford truck. It uses a king pin, but the housing that the pin goes in is split in half. It has four bolt holes. It's like the spindle half bolts to the axle which has the other half. this makes up the hole for the king pin. I'm not allowed to post pic.'s otherwise I would. It has a ford drum on it which has the lug bolts on the drum. Any Ideas??????

Are there any part numbers stamped on the spindle? Maybe you can look it that way.

I believe that goes on a tractor. But I could be wrong.

I've never seen a Ford truck with a split spindle that pinches the king pin. As said before, sound like a tractor spindle.
