who would win?
i have a 2002 short box regular cab 4.6 4x4 with a k and N cold air intake and true dual exhaust and my buddy has a 2002 5.4 extcab fx4 all stock, who do u think woudl win and by how much?

Your truck is lighter, but his has the power advantage. There are too many variables to say for sure. There are issues such as traction, tire diameter, gearing, etc.
Now if you put about 5000lbs behind both of them, my money would be on the 5.4L

I agree. I have a 99 4.6l super cab 4x4 off road, and my old man has a 2000 super crew with the 5.4 l. I have cold air kit and dual exaust and my old man has a cold air kit. We drag raced and up to 80 we were dead even in which he started to take me there cause of hp. but if we had trailers behind us that were loaded he would kick my *** all damn day no doubt... hehe which is why im gettin a diablosport which should make a huge difference.
