who would win?

i have a 2002 short box regular cab 4.6 4x4 with a k and N cold air intake and true dual exhaust and my buddy has a 2002 5.4 extcab fx4 all stock, who do u think woudl win and by how much?

do you have stock tires ? if so it would be a pretty close race. Its hard to
tell but my moneys on the 5.4 but the 5.4 wasent made to be fast but to
pull.

i have a 5.4 and race it every now and again. i kick the 4.6 tails. my trucks all stock but be later this summer and it'll have mods

i have a 4.6L 5 speed short box stepside and my buddy has a 5.4 and i pretty much stay right next to him until we come to hills....then he pulls away....but, the 4.6 isn't a bad motor it just doesn't have the "SNOT" the 5.4 does
