We have had our '04 1 year now and are very happy with it except for one minor problem: For the second time in a year, the plastic body molding on the outside of the door hits the molding on the back of the fender preventing the door from being able to open more than a foot or so. The first time (last summer), the dealer replaced the door molding, but after a day or so, it did the same thing. Re-adjusted and fine until now.
Anyone with similar experience?

 

This sounds like an unusual situation. Did you buy your '04 used?

 

Bought it new. It's going back tomorrow. The dealer is sending it to a body shop. I'll post the results.

 

sounds like the best idea. Something in a quality control issue I suspect.
