360 crank? 390 crank??

360 crank? 390 crank??
I broke my 390 apart The other day, For a rebuild before I transplant it into the truck.
Anyway when I pulled it apart I noticed that the pistons were about .250 in the hole??
I am thinking that it has a 360 crank in it with 390 pistons.
The number on the crank is 3U.
Can anyone tell me if this a 360 crank or what my problems are..
