cracked manifold replacement
My driver side manifold is completely cracked it half. a friend of mine gave me a pair of manifolds that he said were off a late 70's Ford 351. They look the same from what i can see except that they are much thicker and heavier. Just wondering if anybody knew if this is a direct bolt-on, or if there are minor differences. Also if anyone has any good tips on removing the old one without snapping anything, they would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

thanks i guess i'll just have to have the numbers run off of them to find out for sure if they will fit. As for getting manifolds, i would try your local junkyards. I lucked out and my friend had them just laying around in his garage.
