I'm addicted to coffee and Tastycake "Tastyclairs". A tastyclair is an individually wrapped pie, crust on top and bottom, with a chocolate glaze on top, and filled with yummy custard, it costs about .79cents. The coffee is nice, but when you get a fresh tastyclair and a coffee, you are set.

Sweet tater pies! When the better half makes a batch of 'em I usually eat atleast one a day till the stock pile is depleated. She'll generally makes in the neighborhood of a dozen pies at a time.

I have to step on ants if I see them on the sidewalk. If I step and the ant dodges into the spaces on the tread of my shoe twice I let him go. That didn't really seem wierd until I saw it in type.

Neat and clean freak...drives the wife and kids nutz.

Not just coffee- good coffee. Have real issues with what passes for coffee once I leave the Pacific Nwst.

People addict- love meeting new people everywhere I go- drives the wife nutz sometimes.

Chocolate.

The Tollgate Inn Bakery...which is a real problem, since it's right up the street.

Eyetalian food. and Pastrami. Hard to find both first rate west of the Mississippi.

and a few other things I'd rather not discuss in a public forum.

I count things... Like the steps I'm traveling up (or down). I knew how many steps there were on every ladder on the ship. I also count the steps between cracks in the sidewalk. Things like that.
I do this too. I count steps and steps in between cracks and like to keep the amount the same in between each. But I always seem to work in even numbers. If im going up a flight of stairs I like it to be an even number of stairs, or if im skipping every other step I like to come out even at the top and not get to the top and just have one more step. Also, more about the even number part, if i do sumthin with one hand, I have to do it with the other, the same way, same amount of times, just to keep everything even.

I, too, used to do the counting thing, it was to pass the time walking somewhere. My addiction now runs to Halls Cherry flavoured cough drops, I eat'em as candy and get addicted to the menthol in them.

Im the exact same way! I even count the number of steps I take between cracks and always keep them the same (usually around 2-3).

I bite the skin around my fingernails and eat it. Im always tapping my feet or hands...there is no stop throughout the day (I'm a drummer)

Im addicted to sunflower seeds.

And when Im stacking stuff, or setting a book on something, or organizing tools, ect.... They MUST be perfectly even and straight.

In the mornings (weekdays) I have to take a shower first thing, then...errrr...study on the "throne", brush my hair, brush my teeth, clean ears, put on deoderant, then cologne. In that order always.

Im sure there are more, but I probably dont know that I do them

Drummer here too. Always tapping on stuff. when I sit down in a chair without a desk or anything in front of it I do a double bass diddle then two notes the same length with my hand so it ends up beinga double bass roll thing. It annoys my friends a lot.

When I put M&M's or Reeses Pieces in my mouth I have to have a even number in my mouth and I divide them up and put equal numbers on each side of my mouth.

I am also addicted to Diet Dr. Pepper. I drink about 12 a day--my guts are probably rotting as we speak.

Wow, I'm glad to hear some of you actually are more compulsive than me I'm a drummer too and do the tapping thing constantly too. Drives my coworkers nuts.
You know, they say keeping everything even and counting are both versions of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I'm not one for all these modern medical 'disorders' everywhere these days, but just thought you guys would wanna know that

Man, I got a bunch of these same things. I have this thing whrere I count everything too like someone else said before, stairs, sidewalks cracks, anything....Drives me nuts but for some reason I keep doing it. I also do the thing where I chew on the skin around my fingernails. Also I have to have the same amount of each color candy when I eat them. I also always eat 2 french fries at a time. If I'm hungry, I'll eat 4 ata time. I also fidget and tap stuff constantly. And one more, whenever I have something smooth in my hand, I always rub it between my fingers, Like lining in a jacket, or wax paper or anything like that.....Boy do I have problems, haha

I can't have anything alone.Somthing has to be touching somthing else,or real close. If I have two shirts on the floor,I'll kick the one to the other. Now I know this next one will sound really weird...At night I turn on the kitchen light, hall light, computer light, and hall light up stairs. Then I'll turn on the outside light, check for my cat and shut it off.Shut the kitchen light off, then the computer light. Then I'll shut the down stairs hall light off.And run up the stairs sideways .To make sure now one else is behind me.I've had my ankles grabed one to many times going up stairs in the dark.I can never keep socks on for a whole day. When I wake up in the morning I have to put my hair up right away.I can never pour half a glass of somthing.Has to be full or just a little bit.I have to squeeze every fry before I eat it,to make sure it isnt crunchy. And at Culvers when I get cheese curds I have to break them open and only eat the white ones.
