Rust and rot
again, i posted in the bronco forum, but here also. 90 bronco with the rear qp's rusting and rotting about the wheels.......and on the bottoms. Body shops won't even give me a ball park price to replace the panels because they say it is way to expensive. Mentioned something about using fiberglass or something. Doesn't make much sense to spend the money having it patched up with bondo when it is gonna come right back. Any ideas?

It probably would be expensive, but replacing the whole quarter panel on each side would be the way to go, it would be smoother looking, and take quite a while to rust out again. I think they can even spray a rust inhibitor on them before assembly.
