Emergency Light Set-Up
Does anyone here that owns an escape a firefighter or EMT? Do you have any kind of light set up? Right now I just have a whelen talon above my mirror, but i'm looking to ad LED grill lights. I know whelen makes the TIR3 which are what I want, but I took a look today and realized there probably isn't enough room between the grill and radiator to fit them? Any suggestions?

I had one installed on my ranger, but to make a long story shor, two of the f/f's got into a fight and one of them said he was always blinded by them going to calls and went to the chief of police. And since wig-wags are illegal to have in NJ we were all forced to remove them from our vehicles. Thanks for the though though, I appreciate it.

I have the TIR6 LED's in my Bronco II. They fit in the grill in front of the radiator. I bought mine from strobes n more. If I remember right they have the diminsions for the lights listed. They also sell flanged that you may be able to install them flush on the front of the grill. Or does the TIR3's already have a flange around them. That sucks about the headlight flashers. In Ohio they are legal. We can use anything we want except for blue.
