That's easy - my Birthday. It's my favorite holiday because it's mine and I don't have to share it with anyone. I've celebratedit for the last 7 years by not working on whatever day it lands on and going to do something for myself. Of teh mainstream holidays Christmas is my favorite because of the time spent with family.

My favorite holyiday is by far Christmas. Not only for religious reasons, but also for the anticipation I remember as a youngster sneaking into the living room early Christmas morning...

I'd have to say Thanksgiving, no worries about gift giving, etc. Just good food, family, friends...maybe a few drinks and football!

It must be the Guinness.

Columbus Day, that's when we leave for Myrtle Beach for a month. Best time of the year, no kids, no crowds, white beaches and warm water. Can't Wait!

Used to be Christmas but since I am too old to get presents anymore, it is a split between Christmas and Thanksgiving. Christmas cause my wife can spend all the money she wants and get little complaint from me and that makes her happy which in turn makes my life more peaceful. Thanksgiving cause I can stuff myself silly and get drunker than Cooter Brown and no one says anything to me. These holidays are usually spent half the day at my parents and half the day at her parents.

Christmas, bar none.

The memories of when I was just a boy, going out with my grandfather and cutting the tree on our own land. Spending a whole weekend putting up the lights while my dad cussed every third light bulb. The snow, the family, and not a worry in the world......

BLAHHHHHH!!! I wanna be little again!

Unfortunately,as an adult, I have bad recollections of Family Thanksgiving's but good memories of a couple of Friend's Thanksgivings.

As a adult, I have good & bad memories of Christmas (except my Santa times)

I guess these days, I like Boot shining Day or even Valentine's Day

IMO, Christmas is just on big marketing campaign. The joys I expierenced as a child are long gone now that I realize what it is really about for our society and it is now just a big hassle. I will not go to any department store after thanksgiving and absolutely refuse to set foot in walmart at that time, unless it's around 2 in the morning.

I would have to say that my favorite holiday is the 4th of July. It's a great family holiday and there is usually some large event where you can go watch a good fireworks display (plus I get to BBQ).
