Hello all I just joined this site and hope to get some info on what to look for with my 1999 F150 4x4 that has a fuel delivery problem. It has 124000 miles and I changed the fuel filter last week as it started missing under load. The old filter had a substance that resembled a black flaky stuf but when you touched it it was like graphite. After installing a new filter the truck ran good for a day and after filling the tank the problem started again. Any help would be appreciated.
