You would have to measure coil diameter and coil height to see it they would fit. Spring rates may be different so you would need to look up the spring rates to see they are what you want.
There's a good chance they will. Though the 67-72's, 73-9's, and 81-96's are considered different body styles, they all have very similar suspension. Not the SAME, but very similar. I actually have 79 springs in my 82 right now. They work fine. My V6 coils were sagging under the weight of a 351W. I happened across a pair of coils for a 351M truck for nothing. They turned out to be just right. Coils tend to sag as they get miles on them though. I believe the M engine was heavier than my W is, but the ride and height happened to work out perfectly.
Thank you GypsyR, that is what I wanted to hear. My friend totaled his 1975 and got 1970, so he swapped the '75 front suspension to the '70 for disc brakes.
