Front end Noise

I have a 98 Explorer, that has a groaning noise coming from the front end. I have replaced both upper arms, thinking that would solve the problem. But the noise is still there. Seems like it is worse, the warmer it is. I have read a lot of posts on this and it seems that there are a number of things it could be, lower arm bushings, sway bar bushings, torsion bar. Any suggestions on how to eliminate any of the above, without taking everything apart and replacing them all?

Checking the inner and outer tie rods ( Left & right ) would not be a bad idea. Usually defective tie rods causes sound similar what you are describing

Thank you for your reply. I guess I'm going to bite the bullet and take it to a pro.
