Coil Spring spacers??

Im wondering if these would work on my truck and if not where could I get a set like it for my 1979 F-100 4x2.

Spacers of any kind to do a lift have been illegal as a home building option since I purchased my "78 new so I could not help you here .
They were made illegal for a reason though as were many of the other back yard projects that were on our roads . Same with rear leaf spacers or hockey pucks or any other manner of parfanalia that some would bolt or weld on their truck to modify them .
Only approved manufactured lifts at the legal hight limit apply here to lift ones 4X4 and fender flares if your tires protrude past the body .

Why would someone sell something that is "illegal?" They would be banned and punishable by law if sold. These things are sold in the local auto parts stores as well. Are they outlawed just in Canada? I think this guy lives in NY.
