Throttle body
Hi,
I have a problem with the movement of the throttle valves in their body.
With the engine off and the throttlecable disconnected, it moves in the right way.
But when i fire up the engine, i feel a resistance to get the valves out of the idle position, the rest still works fine.
When i release them they aren't fully pulled back against the idle-screw, i have to use a little bit force.
This all happens after a repair for wich the throttle body has to be removed, the only thing i have done, is cleaning it.
I have sprayed some WD40 in the rotation points of the valves and on the springs, but no use.
Someone has an idea what happened, or a solution to get this tackled?
Oh yeah, it's a '93 E-150 with 351w.

Is there any play in the shaft at all? Cleaning it may have freed it up enough now and the play in the shaft is showing up. Just a guess but I did have a worn TB before with a bad shaft in it.
