Predator 8R2

I just noticed that in the latest firmware release for predator f-series trucks that diablo sport seems to have intenionally left out modification of the speed limiter parameter... does anyone know why? just curious.

I'm gonna hijack this thread here, this update has some new adjustments that Diablosport said that I should get with my local dealer about, like I wouldn't understand. I got mine from Ken at Motorhaven which is many states away, so I will ask thru here. I need a quick explanation of these new tunes:
Global timing advance
Global trans pressure
MAF adjustment.

Thanks Ken,
Jimmy

It just means timing advance at all throttle positions and RPMs, trans pressure at all throttle positions and RPMs. MAF adjustment is for adjusting the air/fuel mixture based on a different (larger) aftermarket MAF. The reason Diablo doesn't want to explain it is changing that stuff too much can result in damaging your vehicle. In other words, its really meant for advanced users who already know what they are. May want to check into getting a good Ford fuel injection book.

Thanks Ken, I figured that's what they were, but I just wanted to verify.
