V10 Preventative Maint
My '97 E350 V10 has 179,000 miles. What is the recommended mileage to replace the timing chains?
The rear end started slinging oil heavily yesterday during a 300 mile trip. I didn't notice it until I parked at the house. It took 3 pints of oil to top it off again. I hope it didn't do additional damage. I can't get it worked on until after this Memorial Day weekend. Any suggestions for the mechanic? Thanks, John
