Does your truck do this?
I was outside with the hood up on my truck the other day just kinda checking things out with the engine running when I noticed that the lid on the fuel filter canister was pulsing/flexing upward with each stroke of the fuel pump. Not a lot of movement but enough to where I was a little nervous about the possibility of it fracturing and dumping fuel all over that hot turbo while running down the road. I went to the International dealer and bought a new cap thinking the old one must be getting weak. Well, the new one does it too! 
When you get a chance how about taking a close look at yours and let me know if you see the same. BTW, 1995 CC DRW WITH 267,000 MILES.
