need help unusual problem!
i was driving home tonite and i went to flip my hi beams on and all the lights totally went off. so i went back to low beams and they came back on. havent looked at anything yet and im not sure where to start. Please help.

Yep, that happened to me once in my F-150 except the other way around. I had to drive home from work about 25 miles with the highs on. Guess I POed a bunch of folks, but I didn't have a choice. Had to buy two new bulbs at the same time. Weird.........

Most likely the headlight switch. Mine went out one nite while pulling a 30' TT down a long winding stretch of 2 lane. Had to reach over and hold the switch in a certain position to get them to come back on. Drove like that for about ten miles. People come in the other lane thought I was flashing my lights at them. Not fun...
