New member here!
I recently took the plunge and bought my first FORD pick-up truck. But before I did, I went surfin' for info' and found this site and immediately became a member. Well, I'm just now getting around to posting an intro', although just by reading and not posting, this site has helped with a few questions already. I don't expect to post too often(busy-busy-busy), but still enjoy reading other posts. I must admit, there seems to be a good bunch of guys willing to help here. A little about the truck: '86 F-250 4X4 ext.cab, 8ft. box and a 6.9 diesel backed by a 4spd. The truck's in really nice shape for the year and the price was right,(owner said no oil pressure, so let it go cheap!) Turned out to be just the factory gauge, which I decided to change since learning of the factory gauge problems on this site! So wish me luck! Hope to help someone else here one day.
