Question '96 bullydog 6 position chip problem

installed a 6 position bullydog chip (41611) today in '96 250 automatic truck ...

everything is great ...

EXCEPT

the "valet" and "high position" positions seem to be reversed

in the valet position the truck runs like stock

in the high position the truck falls on its face at approx 60ish mph

any thoughts

I bought a bully dog for my 6 speed and was sent a unit tuned for a auto. I didn't noticed that and installed it. So it was running really wierd and throwing codes like auto tranny specific things, torque converter etc.. I called four wheel parts and they re-programed it right on the spot. I'm sure somebody just had the dial set at the wrong spot when they tuned your chip. They will take care of you.
