I really want the KB supercharger for it, but its very expensive.

EDITED:

that´s the main inconvenient.... hehehe.... but the shorty headers and 3" exhaust tubes should work great...... also you could port-polish your heads, and get high performance cams, a nice C.A.I. and a performance catback sistem.... or get rid of that crappy cat.....
I work on engines... but mainly european cars.... but I have some knowledge on any engine

Dave, ive actually been thinking of getting a 97-03 model....which year is the sweet year? Ive read some 97s have door handle dents??

I really like the 97-03 single cabs...the 04+ single cabs are fugly.
