High Pressure Pump O-rings

Anybody else going through these O-rings like crazy? Got an 02 7.3 with 54K and I've replaced 3 of the damn things already. I have a Hypertech programmer on 50hp setting, not sure if it makes more pressure in the pump causing the blow-outs. I read about the crossover lines and was wondering if that would fix the problem.
Any info would be great.

I've heard there is problem with the HPOP having hairline cracks in them that O-rings may hold for awhile. With only 54k on the clock, I'd let the dealer look at at it and possibly have the HPOP changed under warranty fo the $100 deductible. A programmer will not cause the HPOP to exceed its limits on pressure. The IPR will limit the high pressure mechanically. A HPX line will help to even out the pressure to injectors, but will not help with this problem.

Make sure you are gitting the right oring. It has to stand up to alot of pressure and standard oring just won't cut it. If the plastic line lock is all bunged up and does not lock up tight it will always leak.

the programmer changes the IPR duty cycle and pressure cutouts so it does raise injection pressure. sounds like the fitting is boogered up to me.
