Has anyone ever had the connecting rod on the front sway bar fall out? I noticed poor handling and upon inspection, found the small rod that connects front sway bar to suspension arm. Does this connecting rod have torque specifications and adjustments?

Both sides broke on my truck, about 6 months apart. There is no adjustment, just tighten it all the way down. There probably is a torque spec for it, but I just went "nice and snug".
