I added chrome GMC bodyside moldings to my two F150 HarleyDavidsons' doors and they look great, so now I have been looking at my new Super Duty and figured out how to mess it up while spending too much money. The F250 regular cab bodyside molding is nicely bodycolored now but only is on the doors. I would like the bed to be protected somewhat, too. I just ordered another set and they are 48" long. I will put 2/3 of it on the front side of the bed and 1/3 behind the rear wheel on the rear side of the bed with the rounded ends starting and finishing it and the cut being made on an angle to parallel the rear wheelwell opening's arch. I also ordered the "lips??" that go around the rear wheelwell's edge. I looked at a Lariat that has them and it looks like they are on with four fasteners and those four holes already exist in the inner lips of the wheelwell openings. These "lips??" come needing to be painted and I hope that means flat black which is what I want on this grey truck so I will not have to paint it if that is how it comes. I will also limo tint the back window and am considering a silver metaflake version of the 2002 Harley flames but made longer for the longer bed. Then I will HAVE to get at least big rear tires. Somehow, I will hope to get a kid of mine to post pictures when I am done spending too much time and money on this.
