Upgraded ignition questions

Looking to pick up an msd 6al and either the blaster 2 or 3 coil... does anyone have any experience with these products and where would i look to find a performance distributor for the 2.9 because form what i have readthe stock will not stand up long to this sort of power upgrade going through it let alone the stock cap and rotor... since i have finally gotten the b2 back into stable condition its time to continue the buildup.. so any info would be greatly appreciated

how do these fair monty? ive read reviews witht hem quitting in the middle of their service life or even a week after being used... also you said a while ago you changed and put a flex fan in rihgt? is it the same 16 inch or did you go bigger or smaller? and does the flexible steel tubing for the cooling system have a beter effieceny rating than its rubber counter part.. it seems like the water is picking up extra heat from the valve covers as it passes into the heater core ?
