Wheels pull to right

I was just thinking today, my front end pulls to the right on my 83 F100 2x4, being a poor country boy, can I adjust the both tie rods the same amount left to straighten it out?

No way, What you have is eigther a bad tierod or bearing. By ajusting the sleeve you are not solving the problem, you might just make it worse. One day you will be driving down the dirt road and your tie rod will come apart. It might just cause this country boy to swoller his tabbacer and spill his beer. Not to mention that your dog may never ride in the back again.

I actually already replaced both tie rods and had it aligned. His computer was acting up so he did it for free and it still pulls to right.

check the caliper's and make sure one is not sticking, make check on toe end, then check radius arm bushing's which if you had it lineup he should had seen that if it's bad,I dont think you can line it up if the bushing's are bad,so check caliper's that could be it if it pulling going down the road, when breaking if it pull more, [caliper's]

Check, check, check...... Let's see, the list starts with air pressure in the tires. Right front might be low.
Right front brake caliper not releasing.
Wheel bearings too tight R/F.
Rear drum brake too tight on the affected side.
Alignment out of whack, to include caster, camber, and toe.
Any number of steering and suspension components in a worn out condition can cause the steering to pull to one side or the other.
A bad tire on front (left or right).
Any combination of the above. The list can seem endless.

On a side note, if you adjust both tie rod sleves the same amount in the same direction, all you will manage to do is mess up the orientation of the center of the steering wheel. Adjust the sleves the same amount in the oposite directions and your truck will more than likely pull worse than it already is. Check everything out and if you still draw a blank for a solution take it to an alignment shop with a rack that doesn't have a computer screwing up. That may be why the alignment didn't solve it.

yea yea I already checked most of those things that I dont need some fancy machine for. I guess I was just thinking out loud I guess. I'm not gonna spend the money for an alignment till I get some different tires anyway. I don't like the ones it has right now. Its got 31 10.5 15 on back and 255 75 15 on front. That in itself throughs the alignment off a little.
