Starter Problems II

I really appreciate the many responses to my problem.
Here is a some additional info on the problem. This problem does not happen on every short shut down period. It is very sporadic. I never have the problem on a cold start. On one occasion I stalled the engine while backing into a parking space and the starter load was so much that it would not start. I had the battery load tested and although it was down some, I was told it should still be ok. A short time after that I replaced it since it was about 7 years old. I had the starter draw checked on a hot engine -170 to 210 amps. The time I had it checked the starter did not exhibit the problem. Charge rate was about 14.25 volts at idle. I plan on having a starter repair shop check it out in the near furture. I am open for any and all suggestions.

Did you re-do the cable ends yet ? Or at least brush them & the battery posts until bright ? the positive post tends to get this hard, black coating over time and keeps the full amount of amps from coming out the battery.
