Transferflow Replacement Tank on '05...
1) Is the fuel gauge still accurate?
2) Does the Miles to Empty function still work accurately?
3) What is the effect on your Low Fuel warning?
4) Does it affect the MPG function?<O

I'm thinking that the gauge should be accurate as long as the height in the tank is maintained, because it is just reading the level of the fuel. The Miles to Empty function will be off if the computer does not know the correct capacity of the new tank, and the Low Fuel warning will come on prematurely. I assume the MPG (Lie-O-Meter) will be accurate as ever because it is reading fuel flow through the injectors and is not based on fuel levels.
Anyone with real world experience or knowledge?
