Trans temp

Just hooked up the trans temp. gauge. Pretty simple using the 1/8 inch plug hole in the side of the trans. I am seeing 125 to 150 degrees with it being fairly cool outside. Is this about where I should be and I would imagine that in the dead of summer this reading goes up.

Mine runs about the same. Got up to 180 in the mountains with the AC on towing camper. It runs nice and cool for sure.

On the highway I am now seeing 150 deg sometimes a little more when I am stop and go. Seems to be running nice and cool.
