D60 is best for your truck, Since the 99 F150's use a metric 5-135mm bolt pattern unlike the old 5-5.5 pattern. You'll have to get custom rotors drilled to use the same pattern on the D44. But you can get the ball joint D60 found in 01+ Super Duty's. They use a metric 8-lug bolt pattern, But you can get the disk brakeSterlin rearend from bthe same truck and swap it in for matching pattern and compatable to all sencers on your truck.
The dynatrac will be able to build your a custom D60 with the 5-135mm pattern, but it'll cost ya almost the price of a donner Super Duty for parts!
