straight pipes
i have a 2001 f 150 with the 5.4 i have flowmaster 40 series SI DO its sounds good but not loud enough i am wanting to take it out and replace it with true dual straight pipes. has any body done this on the 5.4. how did it sound, i am leaving the cats in and then run the straight pipe after the cats. also would i need to put a H pipe in or would it good to leave it straight. Also how did the truck run after the straight pipes.

Never heard one personally, but here's a sound clip of one. I actually think it sounds kinda cool.
