My 2001 F-250 CC V10 currently has a stock system except for the muffler. The muffler is a flowmaster with a 3" inlet and then splits into two 1.5 duals at the outlet. Im thinking of installing a complete 3" muffler with one outlet pipe. I recently installed an AirAid intake filter and a superchip. Getting ready to start towing a 35' travel trailer over mountain passes. If this sounds like a good idea I need to know what type of muffler would be best. Thank you.
