sound dampening for E250

sound dampening for E250
I have a 03' E250 cargo, would like to put my high powered stereo in it but need to apply dampening material on walls,floor,ceiling,doors. I've read on this forum that Edead paint on would work but how durable is it and will products like rhino lining work as well. I deliver auto parts in my van and need something that will not scrape off that easily.
