Clunk in reverse - brakes

I replaced my rotors and pads on my 95 F150.Now when I brake going forward,does`nt do it when I brake going in reverse, i hear a clunking noise.My caliper is tight,the pads seem ok,the wheel is tightened.What could be making this noise?It was`nt making this noise before I worked on the brakes.

Just for safeties sake check the ball joints, tie rods, and control arms.

Sounds like the caliper is loose in the mounts and is banging back and forth. Pull the tires and look over your work. Since the noise started with the repair, that must be the cause...
