Diff. Help

My '97 4x4 4.6 has open diffs. And I need at least a ls or some kind of locking diff. Im thinkin I want new Diff's front and back, the whole thing. What do yall recommend I see Dana all over the place but really don't know much of nothing about it. Any points in the right direction would be appreciated

my suggestion is go to TracTech.com and browse around and read some. i dunno jack about those newer axles.
