How do I remover rear rotors on 2000 Superduty?

I have a 2000 F-250....the rear rotors need to be turned or replaced...its shakin' like it needs a drink ! Can anyone tell me how to remove the rotors? The front rotors were a breeze...the rears are...well a pain in the rear! If anyone can give step-by-step instructions I'd truly appreciate it! Oh, and please make the instructions fireman-proof!
Thanks!

Remove wheel, unbolt the caliper (2bolts) remove rotor. If you are having problems the are rusted on (rubber mallet) OR somebody forgot to release the parking brake!

I've heard that removing the rust or sludge or whatever it is that is at the seam between the rotor and hub with a chisel or screwdriver will make it easier. I lucked out, mine poped right off. Rubber mallet, or even a 3 lb sledge on a 2x4.

I beat on the rotors with a rubber mallet for a while on my wifes escape and finally resorted to a hammer and 2x4. A couple solid blows and they came right off.

I wish the rubber-mallet proceedure was applicable...

Thank you all for your help...but the rear rotors on my Superduty are attatched to a 3/4 ton full-floater rear axle...can anyone tell me a step-by-step proceedure in disassembling it so I can take the rotors off?
Thanks again!

you have single rear wheel correct? If it is its the same as the front. remove caliper and brackets and then rotor...Same design.
