What is it about the twin i-beam suspension that makes tires toe in so badly after a while. I'm having this problem with my '83 f150. Is there something I could do to permately remedy this problem? Change the suspension even? Does anyone know the pros and cons of the twin i-beam? Is it a certain part that wears? It wears tires really badly. Thanks to all who reply.
Calvin ,
The Twin I Beam is by nature of design toed in . If you are having tire wear problems check the tie rods and have it aligned . Ball joints are another thing to look at ...they are crucial to proper camber settings .
